I'm not gonna lie... i have NO CLUE who this character from Bleach is. But i had a request for him, so figured i'd add him to the 'list of bleach characters to finish'

He actually has a really unique design to him, so i didn't mind drawing him.

I'd put his full name in the title, but i've seen people spell it a few different ways.
